Shipping & Returns
If, for any reason, you need to exchange any of your purchases you must return them to us within two weeks of purchase, in an unworn/unused condition. All items must be returned in their original packing and be accompanied with a covering letter with your order number and a daytime contact telephone number clearly written. Where possible please explain the reason for your return/exchange and please print clearly the full postal address for which the returned item(s) are to be sent.
Please note, the following items are all non-returnable unless faulty. Underwear, night-wear, swim-wear, ear rings/studs, DVD's, and personalized items.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange any goods returned to us that have been worn, damaged or tampered with. We advise that you return your goods by special delivery or recorded post, as Brighton & Hove Albion F.C. cannot accept any responsibility for items, which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post. All postage incurred on returning any item is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to exchange a custom printed Replica Shirt nor do we accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number.
This does not affect your statutory rights. We do strongly advise that you speak to a member of the Seagulls Merchandise sales team on 0845 4969 442 before returning any item(s). Our postage and package rates are calculated by weight and handling costs. We aim to dispatch all orders within 36 working hours (subject to stock availability). All UK orders are sent by 'Royal Mail First Class' postage or 'Next Day Special Delivery'. International orders are sent by 'Airmail'. All parcels will need to be signed for on their receipt. UK 'Next Day Special Delivery' guarantees delivery to a UK mainland address the next working weekday for all orders placed with us before 4pm (GMT). Any orders placed on a Friday via our 'Next Day Special Delivery' service will be delivered the following Tuesday. All dispatch and delivery times may vary during national public holidays. When ordering a product during a 'pre-order' period the payment process is exactly the same as when placing any other order. Payment for the items will be taken at the time of placing the initial order. The launch/availability date will be displayed on the product page once it has been confirmed. If products are pre-ordered along with items that are currently in stock, the available items will be dispatched first with the pre-ordered items to follow, once they are in stock.
