Delivery Options

Pre - ordered Personalised Scarves will be dispatched on or after 17th April 2017, as per our pre-order scarf terms and conditions. 

 

We aim to dispatch Standard Delivery orders as soon as possible and to get them to you between 2-5 working days.

All delivery times are based on working days, which is Monday to Friday.

UK Delivery Options

UK Standard parcels are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail: no tracking is offered on this service

UK Courier parcels are sent via Express and GlobalDoor to Door Tracking is available and a signature is required upon delivery

UK Express parcels are sent via Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail: Tracking is available and a signature is required upon delivery.

*Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day (Working days Mon-Fri only).

*Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday dispatched the following Monday, for Tuesday delivery (Bank Holiday weekends, orders will be dispatched the following Tuesday)

*We do not offer guaranteed delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day

  • You will receive an email once your order has left the warehouse. In some cases your item may be `out of stock’ however you will be contacted and offered an alternative or refund via email.

During busy periods (e.g. Kit launch or Christmas) please allow up to 10 working days for delivery in the UK from the date of ordering, excluding UK Express.

International Delivery

International delivery cost is dependent on your chosen delivery option, weight and volume of your order. (Costs will be calculated automatically in your basket once you have selected the delivery country). Some orders may be delivered in several parcels to suit packaging requirements.

  • You will receive an e-mail from us once your order has left the warehouse
  • All deliveries require a signature, therefore there needs to be someone present at the delivery address

Are there any other charges for international deliveries?

In some countries, customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; our advice would be to contact your local customs office for further details.

 

Click & Collect

  • You will receive an email once the order is ready to collect from the store
  • Please allow 2 working days for the order to be available to collect. (Working Days - Mon-Fri, Bank Holidays are not considered working days)*.
  • Evening match days - Click & Collect orders must be placed before 2pm on the day of the game*
  • Saturday match days - Click & collect orders must be placed before 9am on the day of the game*
  • You will need to bring your order confirmation and proof of identity with you. (Failure to bring these may result in staff not being able to release your goods.

*Subject to stock availability.

Your order will remain in store for 28 days, after which it will be returned to the warehouse and you will be credited the full amount. (Please note, no refund will be credited for personalised items)

 

Are all goods dispatched the day I order? 

We try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order. However, this may not always be possible at busy periods or for the following reasons;

  • Pre-orders – products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched according to the time / date specified on the website. Payment for these products will be taken at the time of ordering.
  • Personalised Products – products requiring personalisation (for example with additional name, numbering and sleeve badges added) may take an extra 2 days before they are ready to be despatched
  • Orders with different stock availability - if you have selected multiple items with different availability times (e.g. a pre-order item and an item that is currently available) then we will despatch your order when all items are readyIf you wish to receive the items that are currently available before the pre-order item is available then please order those selected items separately.    

 

How long will delivery take?

This will depend on the delivery option you selected during the checkout process.

  • UK Standard, UK Courier Delivery allow up to 3 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse
  • UK Express Delivery allow 1 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse

In all the options shown above, you will receive an email from us once your order has left the warehouse.

(Please note, If you select the UK Courier or Expres Delivery options will need to sign for the pacel upon delivery)

 

What will happen if no one is in when my parcel is delivered?

If there is no one at the delivery address, the postman may leave a card asking you to collect you order from the nearest sorting office or arrange a redelivery.

UK Courier option - Delivery will be attempted up to 3 times and calling cards will be left.

 

What will happen if I don't receive my parcel?

We asked that you wait 5 working days (from despatch) before contacting our Mail Order Team who will be happy to assist you. They can be contacted via email Store@bhafc.co.uk or Phone 0845 4969 442 (option 2 - Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm.)

 

Bank Holiday and Delivery Times

Please be aware that bank holidays are not included as a working day so when ordering please take this into account.
