Delivery Options

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch Standard Delivery within 3 working days.

All delivery times are based on working days, which is Monday to Friday.

UK Standard (Courier)* parcels are sent via Yodel, signature is required upon delivery

*Small items such as keyrings, pin badges and pens will be sent via Royal Mail 

UK Express parcels are sent via Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail: Tracking is available and a signature is required upon delivery.

*Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the next working day (Working days Mon-Fri only).

*Orders placed after 1pm (Mon-Thur) will be delivered within 2 working days.

*Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, for Tuesday delivery (Bank Holiday weekends, orders will be dispatched the following Tuesday)

*We do not offer guaranteed delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day

During busy periods (e.g. Kit launch or Christmas - Nov/Dec) please allow up to 5 working days for orders to be processed and dispatched. UK Express orders will be dispatched as per normal ordering terms and conditions (see below for details).

Please note, shirt personalisation will also add additional time before your order is dispatched or being ready to collect

Last Order Dates for Christmas 2018

Tuesday 18th December - UK Courier (Orders must be placed by 12noon)

Thursday 20th December - UK Express (Orders must be placed by 12noon)

Saturday 22nd December - Click & Collect (Orders must be placed by 5pm for collection on Sunday 23rd Dec or Christmas Eve)

International Delivery

International delivery cost is dependent on your chosen delivery option, weight and volume of your order. (Costs will be calculated automatically in your basket once you have selected the delivery country). Some orders may be delivered in several parcels to suit packaging requirements.

Please note, we are unable to dispatch any orders with a PO Box delivery address, please provide us with an alternative address.

Are there any other charges for international deliveries?

In some countries, customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; our advice would be to contact your local customs office for further details.

Click & Collect

*Subject to stock availability.

Matchday collections: Click & Collect orders must be placed the day before a game*. We cannot guarantee any orders placed on the day of the game will be ready for collection.

Please note, during busy periods such as kit launch and Christmas (Nov/Dec) please allow an extra 2 days before your order will be ready to collect. Shirt personalisation will also taken an extra 2 days to be ready.

Your order will remain in store for 28 days, after which it will be returned to the warehouse and you will be credited the full amount. (Please note, no refund will be credited for personalised items)

Are all goods dispatched the day I order?

We try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order. However, this may not always be possible at busy periods or for the following reasons;

How long will delivery take?

This will depend on the delivery option you selected during the checkout process.

In all the options shown above, you will receive an email from us once your order has left the warehouse.

(Please note, If you select the UK Courier or Express Delivery options will need to sign for the parcel upon delivery)

What will happen if no one is in when my parcel is delivered?

If there is no one at the delivery address, the postman may leave a card asking you to collect you order from the nearest sorting office or arrange a redelivery.

UK Courier option - Delivery will be attempted up to 2 times and calling cards will be left.

What will happen if I don't receive my parcel?

We asked that you wait 5 working days (from despatch) before contacting our Mail Order Team who will be happy to assist you. They can be contacted via email or Phone 0845 4969 442 (option 2 - Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm.)

Bank Holiday and Delivery Times

Please be aware that bank holidays are not included as a working day so when ordering please take this into account.
